		<description>Everyone has the same complaint and more.  The new feedback system is in the favor of the buyer.  I had a buyer leave a NEG and give me all zeros after 2 1/2 months!  The complaint was that she thought a print was fake and it she said "you forgot to number it you con!"  I emailed her and said a printers proof is not numbered and even after leaving me that NEG I would refund, she did not reply.  I looked at her feedback and seen she was leaving similar negs for others.
I always have a back-up (buyer) ID and use it as a seller ID in a situation like this and then open a new buyer ID.
